Merchandise Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from thebragabout.com, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or replacement, according to the terms below.

  • Returns and refunds are only accepted for items purchased
    online via thebragabout.com
  • All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in
    "as-new" condition, in original packaging, and with all tags attached, and all literature and accessories included.
  • Original and return shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Your payment will be credited in the manner it was made,
    for the invoice price. Your credit will appear after Brag About™
    has received and authorized your return through our return process.
  • You agree to allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to
    appear on your payment processor's statement, as processor companies vary on the time it takes for credits to appear on
    their customers' records.
  • Return an item by following the instructions below or on
    the Brag About™ packing slip/invoice.

Instructions:

Step 1 –  After reading the policy above, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code by calling a customer service professional at 1-503-657-1677 Monday - Friday 9:00am to 3:00pm Pacific Time; excluding Holidays, of course. We will confirm your purchase, explain the return process, answer any questions, and issue your RMA code.

Step 2 –  With all tags still attatched, pack the satchel securely in the original shipping cartons, with all original packaging, and all literature and accessories included. Be certain to include your RMA code in the top line of the shipping address as indicated in Step 3.

Step 3 –  Ship the item to:

IMPORTANT: If you do not include a valid RMA code as the first line in the shipping address as shown above, it will result in a delay in processing your request. Any package that arrives without a valid RMA code will be refused.

Cancellation Policy

Thebragabout.com quickly transmits your order to our warehouse so we can prepare your shipment as rapidly as possible. We will always attempt to cancel your order, or individual items included in your order, if your request is made within two hours of placing the order. Unfortunately, the Brag About™ cannot guarantee your order will be cancelled.

To make your request use our Customer Service Form to send us email. Just tell us you'd like to CANCEL your order and, include the following:

  • Time & Date of Purchase
  • Payment Method

A customer service professional will reply by email the next business day.

Change Order Policy

If you would like to change the color of an item in your order, we will attempt to make the change if your request is within two hours of placing the order. Due to the speed of our automated order processing, we cannot guarantee we can intercept your order to make the change.

To make your request use our Customer Service Form to send us email. Just tell us you'd like to CHANGE your order and, include the following:

  • Time & Date of Purchase
  • Payment Method

A customer service professional will reply by email the next business day.

Please note that any unused item can be returned within 30 days of purchase according to our Return Policy (above).

Why This Policy?

Your order is processed as quickly as possible because prompt delivery is important to most customers. Our dedication to speedy delivery means we may not be able to stop or delay a shipment. Once your order is processed, it is virtually impossible to intercept the shipment before it is in the hands of our shipping carrier. Once the shipping carrier accepts a shipment we cannot stop delivery. Once the order does ship, shipping charges will not be refunded, so please order thoughtfully, and contact us immediately if you make a mistake or change your mind.
